The Rocky River Historical Society warmly welcomes Judge Fitzsimmons as she talks about her 30-year tenure in Rocky River, and the history of the Rocky River Municipal Court.

Rocky River Judge Donna Congeni Fitzsimmons was Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor, Special Attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice, Deputy Counsel to President Reagan’s Commission on Organized Crime, and in 1993, was elected to the Rocky River Municipal Court.
